CCTV
We are required to make visual recordings to encompass all ingress to and egress from the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs under the terms of the premises license. These visual recordings are stored securely and deleted after a month.
STORING OF INFORMATION
All information that you supply us with is stored on secured servers. We will take all reasonable steps necessary to make sure that your data is treated securely in line with this privacy statement. The customer information that is stored, i.e. Name, email address, telephone number, is stored via a secure online cloud-based server, Google. Information is kept locked via a password on the computer and is only accessible to the employees in the office. No information is shared with a third party. Nor is any information passed on, sold or used for any other purposes other than for the use of Holland Vaynol Ltd. The information is held for 5 years and after that time will be removed from the server.
